Evolve Dance Fitness is a fitness class for ages 16+ and welcomes all dance abilities. Whether you have two left feet or are a trained dancer. The main lights go off and the disco lights go on. Every person who joins us is immediately welcomed into our little family and becomes a member of the Sassy Squad! From Whitney Houston to Doja Cat, we dance to it all. Come and give it a try. We are based in Dinas Powys and have two classes a week. Each class is £6 however you first class is half price.
