Unpaid Carers Connect Over Coffee

The Vale of Glamorgan council is pleased to invite you, now restrictions are lifted, to an event bringing unpaid carers together in the community. The Vale’s Unpaid Carers Services are working with colleagues in our Social Care Workforce Development Team to provide you with an opportunity to engage with other unpaid carers over an Afternoon Tea and find out about what development opportunities are coming up and available to you.

Organisations who provide aids, adaptations, learning, and skills development will be available to share information on their services. You can take advantage of our specialist’s knowledge of equipment to help you stay safe and independent in your own home.

There will also be organisations there who provide information and advice on a range of services and support for unpaid carers relating to benefits and finance.

If you are an unpaid carer, looking after someone who lives in the Vale of Glamorgan, we invite you to come along and join us:
