Rhoose 5K Trail Fun Run

Be part of a new and fun 5k trail run along the scenic coastal footpath of Fontygary Bay, in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Organised by Popham Kidney Support, the run will raise monies for children and young people affected by Kidney Disease in Wales.
This timed run will start at 11am, and will be officially opened by Sian Lloyd, the charity’s patron and journalist/broadcaster.
Enjoy a fun pre run warm-up from Rhoose Boxfitcardio at 10:45am and music on the day will be provided by Bro Radio.
Registration Fee Per Person:
- AFFILIATED ENTRY- £10.00 per person
- UNAFFILIATED ENTRY- £12.00 per person
Registration before the race closes on Friday 16th June 2023 at midnight.
On the day fees MAY apply with an additional charge:
- AFFILIATED ENTRY – £12.00 per person
- UNAFFILIATED ENTRY- £15.00 per person
