Barry Island Bunny Run

An Easter Bunny fun run will be held at Barry Island to raise money for a Welsh heart charity.
The 2k family event, in aid of Calon Hearts, takes place on Sunday 26th March, starting outside Marco’s at 11am.
Organisers are encouraging runners to turn up in full bunny dress – with prizes on offer for the best-dressed adult and child bunnies.
Money raised will go towards funding new defibrillators and potentially life-saving heart screening sessions.
A spokesperson for Calon Hearts said the charity ”has, to date, installed over 25,000 defibrillators, arranged over 84,000 CPR sessions and screened over 7.600 hearts. Our life-saving work will continue with your kindness and generosity.”
