At the Barry Tourist Railway we have a welcoming approach to all our visitors, and we are always happy to talk about the railway and our plans and vision for the future. Over the coming months and years we will be improving the Railway and enhancing visitor facilities, and we invite you to journey with us as we do so.
Each week, we run steam train rides (heritage diesel if steam locomotive not available) from Barry's Goodsheds development - taking families on a genuine 100 year old Great Western Railway Break Van.
Step back in time to the 'good ole days' for a 10-minute out-and-back atmospheric trip from our platform within the Good Shed complex.
